* Our classes are the most detailed Thai cookery event on Koh Samui teaching you 4 Thai recipes plus learn to make fresh coconut cream, curry pastes & refreshing herbal drinks plus a complimentary dessert! As part of your day you will visit our organic micro-farm where we grow over 80 types of fruit, veg and herbs. We are also the first to bring Aquaponics to Koh Samui and is a highlight for many guests! As our produce is grown mostly onsite our recipes are kept to ‘Thai favourites’ and will only ensure your Thai culinary experience is the ‘real deal’ and add to the fact you know the ingredients are chemical free. * Transport: We can arrange a door to door licensed minivan pickup at discounted Samui rates. If there is multiple pickups in your area then this rate will be discounted – minimum one way van transfer is 200thb. Please note we use a third party minivan company and is not our own transport fleet and is best Samui rates and is less than a taxi or grab ride. (Transport fees on Samui are higher than Bangkok prices and is beyond our control). We do our best to provide guests with a safe and comfortable round trip minivan journey 🙂
* If you have your own motorbike or car (not taxi) you can meet our staff opposite ‘Tembo Beach Resort at 10am’, then follow our staff 3km up to Island Organics Samui as we are hard to find which you will see on the day.
Example per minivan (not per person): Chaweng / Bophut / Chong Mon – 600thb total price return trip. Lamai / Maenam 800thb return trip. Please email us for other area transport fees.

* Please note any guests that does not show up with your booking and we are not notified at least 24 hours in advance then full class payment is liable. Thank you for your understanding as we work hard to prepare each class for all guests that have pre-booked.

* Class recipes are set in advance and can be seen on the recipe page. *Please do not ask Chef Lat to change them on the day as this is not possible due to fresh organic curry preparation that takes place in advance and during each class.
