* Our classes are the most detailed Thai cookery event on Koh Samui teaching you 4 Thai recipes plus learn to make fresh coconut cream, curry pastes & refreshing herbal drinks plus a complimentary dessert! Picked fresh from our vast micro organic farm where we grow over 80 types of fruit, veg and herbs. Oh, and we are the first to bring Aquaponics to Koh Samui and is a highlight for most guests! As our produce is grown mostly onsite our recipes are kept to ‘Thai favourites’ and will only ensure your Thai culinary experience is the ‘real deal’ and add to the fact you know the ingredients are chemical free. * If you have transport we can meet you at our local meeting point or we can arrange door to door transportation in a fully insured and tourist licensed vehicle at discounted rates.
Example per minivan (not per person): Chaweng / Bophut / Chong Mon / Bangrak – 600thb total price return trip. Please email us for other area transport fees such as Maenam & Lamai.

* Please note any guests that does not show up with your booking and we are not notified at least 24 hours in advance then full class payment is liable. Thank you for your understanding as we work hard to prepare each class for all guests that have pre-booked.

* Class recipes are set in advance and can be seen on the recipe page. *Please do not ask or demand Chef Lat to change them on the day as this is not possible due to fresh organic curry preparation that takes place in advance and during each class.
