Notice – due to the severe water shortage on our property & Samui as well as the ongoing global oil crisis effecting tourism, we regret to announce we will be closed from the 1st of May 2026 until further notice.

* Class time -10:30am ending 2:30pm – promo 2,300thb / US$73 per person. Exchange rate may alter daily.
* Please note from April 1st there is an additional minivan fee of 100thb per trip one way to all minivan bookings we can provide for you. Example – 600thb round trip from Chaweng is now 800thb round trip total. (Thank the powers that be) !
* Please help support us by booking via this website. * Always book direct via a local operator where possible.
- Children under 10 yrs of age are not able to attend for safety reasons unless part of a private group. Please inform us at time of booking.
* Our classes are the most detailed Thai cookery event on Samui. Learn 4 Thai recipes & make coconut cream, curry pastes & a herbal drink plus a complimentary dessert! As part of your day you will visit our organic micro-farm. We grow over 60 types of fruits, Thai herbs as well has Moringa – The Miracle tree! As our produce is grown mostly onsite our recipes are kept to ‘Thai favourites’. Island Organics is ‘an experience’ we guarantee it ! View our latest YouTube clip !
* Transport: We can arrange a licensed minivan pickup at discounted Samui rates for you. If there is multiple pickups in your area then this rate will be less – minimum one way van transfer is 200thb. (Please note, we use a tourist licensed minivan company and prices on Samui are more than the mainland and is beyond our control).
* If you have your own car or scooter (not taxi) you can meet our staff opposite ‘Tembo Beach Resort’ at 10am and follow her 3km to Island Organics Samui as we are hard to find which you will see on the day.
Example price per minivan (not per person): Chaweng / Bophut / Chong Mon – 800thb total price return trip. Lamai / Maenam 1,000thb return trip. (New price from April 1st 2026 – no joke)

* Once we receive your booking we will reply within 2 to 24 hours depending on your class date and time of booking. If you do not hear from us then check your ‘spam / junk box’ or email direct [email protected] Thank you.
* Please note any guest that does not show up with your booking and we are not notified at least 24 hours in advance then full class payment is liable. Thank you for your understanding, we work hard to prepare each class for all guests that have pre-booked.
* Class recipes can be seen on the recipe page. *Please do not ask Chef Lat to change them on the day as this is not possible due to fresh organic curry preparation that takes place in advance and during each class.
